I wanted to try this for my child who complained of leg cramps at night to the point he was crying it hurt so bad. After a few weeks to a month of daily use he no longer woke up with the pain or cramping. He occasionally has flare ups where he says it hurts a little but he gets an extra one of these that day and for the next few days so he has that extra support. They taste great for him and I even take them myself some days if I need an extra boost. I highly recommend these!

Great sleep
