"Good solid 3mg melatonin supp that has helped me sleep every night

I am a hard-core insomniac and will try anything to help me sleep and/or relax -- especially if it is natural since I use every night, and I want to feel like what I am using is safe and not harmful to my body. Years ago, when my mother gave me some little homeopathic melatonin pills that looked like little dots of sheet rock (and tasted like it too), did the opposite, made me unable to sleep; so, for years I stayed away from melatonin based sleep aids. Got over that eventually and gave melatonin another try, and currently using this Mauricettes brand. I decided to try this brand because I liked the price -- Cheaper than my local grocery and health food store, and Made in the USA. I also like that each tablet contains 3mg of chewable melatonin, which to me, is perfect for a good nights sleep. I have had absolutely no side effects, like grogginess in the morning, but do seem to have more vivid dreams but that is not a bad thing. I am quite pleased and will continue to use them, especially since melatonin supps are safe! And, studies have shown it to have a multitude of benefits -- from decreasing negative menopause symptoms, heart health, jet lag, and of course SLEEP. It also had strong antioxidant effects and may help strengthen the immune system, so yes, I can, and will take every night if needed. *Sweet Dreams*"

I've been using the Melatonin by Mauricettes for quite some time now. There are many out there but there is no comparison. We use this product primarily for our 3 yo daughter to help her wind down at night; but our 10, 13, and 15 yo children taken it when they find themselves too energized and really want to sleep (after studying for a big test or hours after a big sporting competition). These particular gummies taste very good in my opinion. I initially thought it would not taste good because of the fish oil, but I was surprised that it did. It has a complete array of 3.6.9 fish oil. It is non gmo. And as natural as it gets. I give these to my entire family and we really believe in fish oil and its many benefits on the body."

Wonderful vitamins and customer service is top notch! My and my husband have been taking these vitamins to grow our hair out and they have worked wonders! I was losing my hair due to a combination of Lupus and medication I got on and off for it. Its a vicious cycle, and my husband has thinning hair due to basically bad luck and bad genetics, bless his heart he is still trying to grow his hair long regardless. Maybe these don't work for everyone but for us they did. I also think we had reasonable expectations. Obviously my hair did not grow an inch in a week and I did not have a complete halt in breakage and hair falling out. But it's a HUGE difference in the shedding and breakage and i definitely have roots way quicker, and my hair is bleached and dyed to all get out as I have mid back length pastel blue hair. My husband has noticed the diamater of his heart is strong her and thicker and it seems hair is growing in where it was starting to go before. For quality hair pills I can tell you this is a small company that cares. I got a hand written letter thanking me for purchasing their products as I had reordered a couple times. I was very impressed they took the time out to hand write a letter and thank me, it meant a lot. As far as ingredients they are some of the best and I trust a small company who is fighting with a huge mass production for sales based on quality a lot more than those mass production pills. I have been using these vitamins for just over a year now and have been nothing but pleased with the results. In fact, as a former hair stylist, I can see the benefits in my hair especially. I have had to decide just to grow my hair out because it grows SO fast. My nails are the same way, before I turn around it's time to get them done again. My skin is good too, but I also use other skin products so I can't isolate these vitamins as the only reason for this benefit."

I love vitamin B12, and always have some on hand. I was out, and the price was definitely right (.10/pill, cheaper than a cup of coffee!) on this Mauricettes brand, so I ordered. Good solid Vitamin B12 supplement that is all natural and non-GMO, and MADE IN THE USA, which I appreciate. Perfect size, not too small, and not too big, easy to swallow, and no aftertaste.
